PiYo

PiYo is a mind body combination class. PiYo is a hybrid workout combining mind/body practices such as yoga and pilates as well as principles of sports stretch, strength training and dynamic movement to improve strength, flexibility, balance, core stability, reduce stress and provide a mild cardiovascular effect.

PiYo is a “Western” approach to the practices of mind/body fitness. It does not involve chanting, meditating , Sanskrit terminology or expressed spirituality. The format is ideal for those looking to improve flexibility and strength.
